Przemysław Witka and Lech Wypychowski own all the intellectual property rights to this website and ScrumTale game.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Shop, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, company name, tax number. Prices are quoted in EUR and PLN. Cost of VAT tax and shipping costs will be included to the total price. Additional cost like customs duties are not included. You must cover them by your own. We send the product within 2-10 working days.

Warranty and product returns
We are sending new, complete product. We offer our products without guarantee of their effectiveness. If you are a company, we do not give you any warranty. If you are consumer protected by Polish or European Union consumer law your can return a product using those rights. If you want to return it, you need to send an e-mail to hello@scrumtale.com with the reason of return request and documentation of damages (photos). We have 14 days to answer your complain. In case of return, products must be shipped back to the shop address: Przemysław Witka Consulting, ul. Wzgórze Bernadowo 109, 81-583 Gdynia, Poland.
