Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the http://nowa.scrumtale.com website operated by Przemysław Witka and Lech Wypychowski. Online Shop is operated by Gienia Creative Eugenia Okła, ul. Wzgórze Bernadowo 109, 81-583 Gdynia, Poland, VAT UE PL9570855157.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Intellectual property rights
Przemysław Witka and Lech Wypychowski own all the intellectual property rights to this website and ScrumTale game.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Shop, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, company name, tax number. Prices are quoted in EUR and PLN. Cost of VAT tax and shipping costs will be included to the total price. Additional cost like customs duties are not included. You must cover them by your own. We send the product within 2-10 working days.

Products offered on this website are offered under ScrumTale License
Warranty and product returns
We are sending new, complete product. We offer our products without guarantee of their effectiveness. If you are a company, we do not give you any warranty. If you are consumer protected by Polish or European Union consumer law your can return a product using those rights. If you want to return it, you need to send an e-mail to hello@nowa.scrumtale.com with the reason of return request and documentation of damages (photos). We have 14 days to answer your complain. In case of return, products must be shipped back to the shop address: Przemysław Witka Consulting, ul. Wzgórze Bernadowo 109, 81-583 Gdynia, Poland.
Digital products
The Online Edition and the Do It Yourself Edition are digital products. We deliver them immediately after payment, as a download link or access to a Miro board template.
Because of that, digital products are not returnable. By completing the purchase you ask us to deliver the content straight away and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal, as provided by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
This does not limit your rights if the file or the template does not work as described. Write to hello@nowa.scrumtale.com and we will fix it or refund you.
